Graduation parties are a great way to show your graduate how proud you are of them and to send them on to the next stage in their life. Whether for a large school sponsored party, open house for friends and family, or even a middle school graduation, our Class of 2020 graduation party printables are a great addition. We're excited to share our free graduation printables again this year!
Included in the graduation party printable package is a "Class of 2020" banner, buffet labels, cupcake toppers/tags, water bottle labels (that can also double as napkin wraps), an "advice cards" sign, "CONGRADULATIONS" sign, "the tassel was worth the hassle" sign, and a "Cards" sign for a card box.
My favorite item offered in the printables collection is the cupcake toppers/tags. These versatile 2 inch circles can be used as cupcake toppers, favor tags, stickers on goodie bags/boxes, straw tags, or my favorite: envelope seals.
All of these items are available for download as 8.5x11 inch PDF files. Simply download, print, cut, and assemble.
For printing, unless you have a high quality printer at home, leaving the printing to the professionals in this case is best due to the large amount of black ink involved in the designs. Staples, Office Depot/Office Max, FedEx or the UPS Store all do a great job printing in store using their laser printers. We prefer a 110lb semigloss cardstock paper, which costs roughly 65 cents per sheet to print (check with your store for pricing). We recommend a paper trimmer and a 2 inch circular paper punch for cutting and assembly, both found easily at a craft store.
The large signs are formatted to fit an 8x10 inch frame and the smaller signs for Advice Cards and Cards are formatted for a 5x7 inch frame.
Water bottle labels are designed so they can be trimmed to suit various sizes in both height and length.
Also included is our coordinating printable Thank You card. These cards are formatted as 2 cards per 8.5x11 inch sheet to save on printing costs. The final folded cards measure 4.25x5.5 inches and fit a standard thank you card envelope.
