After taking a year off I have decided once again to bring back some of our ever popular graduation party printables. As a Class of 2024 parent myself, graduation requires a lot of advance planning and these party printables fill in the gaps where store-bought decor can't. We're happy to share our "CLASS OF 2024" collection:

The banner panels are formatted for printing on 8.5x11 inch cardstock, with each individual letter measuring approximately 5x7 inches.

Cupcake toppers can be left square or cut out using a 2 inch circular paper punch. These are so versatile! Not only do they work great as a cupcake topper but they also work well as envelope seals and favor tags.

Our advice cards allow friends and family to share advice or well wishes for the graduate. Cards measure 4.25x5.5 inches and print four per 8.5x11 inch sheet. Included are a set of 5x7 inch signs - one for the advice cards and an additional sign to place near the gift box for cards for the graduate. These signs fit perfectly in a 5x7 inch frame next to the box of cards!

All of our free graduation party printables linked above are formatted for printing on 8.5x11 inch cardstock. We highly recommending printing these items at an office supply store such as Staples, Office Depot, The UPS Store or FedEx/Kinkos. Each of these stores can print as color copies on their laser printers for approximately 55 cents to 99 cents per sheet and the quality is as shown in these images (we printed at Staples). You have the option to upload the files to their website and pick up your printed items in store or save your downloads and take them in-store to print.

Q&A: 

Are these items editable? 

No, the items are flattened PDF format and cannot be edited. They are offered as is. We do offer editable graduation party printables similar to these in our Etsy shop. You can easily edit the colors, fonts and wording of the items via Corjl, an online editor that does not require any software downloads. Simply edit, download and print your items. Visit our Etsy shop to view the editable graduation templates that we offer. 

Does the white stripe pattern print on the items or is it a watermark? 

The white pin stripes are part of the pattern and will print on your items. If you prefer these items without pin stripes visit our Etsy shop to purchase the editable graduation templates where you can remove the stripes and alter colors, fonts and wording as well.

Valentine's day is just a couple of weeks away. If you're like me and just pick up store-bought cupcakes to celebrate (I love baking, but cupcakes are not my strong suit!) then these cupcake toppers are for you. Can someone please tell me where the month of December has gone? Seriously...I swore last December when I was sitting in a hospital bed working on holiday card orders while recovering from a sudden appendicitis that this year would be different-- that I would be organized, on top of my game, and have plenty of free time to do all of those fun holiday things that we've missed during the past few years. Has it happened? Nope. There's always next year. In the mean time, while I was tackling the pile of gifts to be wrapped I realized that I failed to stock up on gift tags. Since I'm too lazy to drive to the store for just tags, why not just print some that I had created last year? And of course I have to share. In past years I've found it difficult to locate larger sized tags to pin on homemade holiday goodies. The newest freebie, our 3.5" gift tags offer a solution to this problem. With a red and white color scheme, herringbone background and lots of fun fonts, these tags work great on large Mason jars, boxes, or bags. I've printed mine on cardstock and adhered to the jar, but print on sticker paper or tying the tags with twine would be nice as well.
